According to the Child Crime Prevention and Safety Center, the majority of abduction cases are committed by family members. However, 28% of kidnappings are carried out by strangers.       Yes, to avoid a Missing Child issue, it’s a Very Important Part of your Plan, to have a good Registration Process when a child arrives and is checked in, on their arrival there.
      Kids Check, and others, have a Log In procedure, on a computer, tablet, phone, to document who is there, and who drops them off, and can pick them up. Most print a label or tag, and you must have your matching tag, to pick them up, at the end of services to verify who you are, and you can pick them up.
