At approximately 11:00am ET on Sunday 28 September, Law enforcement in Grand Blanc, Michigan responded to reports of an active shooter and arson incident at a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Initial reports indicate that there are as many as 11 victims. Local law enforcement is reporting that the shooter is “down” and there is no ongoing threat to the public. The fire department is working to contain the fire. Initial reports, of this incident, indicate a complex attack involving vehicle ramming, fire and active shooter.
It’s to late to develop a Plan, get a trained team in place to protect the facility snd those inside. Did they have a Plan, Team? Was there a person out patrolling exterior? Its too Late now.
